How It Works
This calculator estimates how much water you should drink each day based on your body weight and how much you exercise. Your body needs more water if you weigh more and if you are physically active.
First, your weight in kilograms is multiplied by 33 to estimate your basic daily water needs. Then, for every minute of exercise, 12 extra milliliters of water are added to replace fluids lost through sweat.

Understanding the Results
